Wonderful vintage inspired kitty pattern.

All of my patterns are hand drawn on unbleached primitive linen with a generous 4 inch serged border.
 
Imagine this as a pillow in a nursery room or as a wall hanging.
Maybe you have a cat lover in your circle or are one yourself.
This might be a great foot rest cover too.
 
My inspiration was a garden/lawn ornament from my childhood home. I suspect that my grandfather made it as he was a woodworker in his spare time. He built many things and one was a human sized playhouse for me. This kitty image that was made of wood sat outside the playhouse door with a metal post to stick it in the ground. I had the playhouse moved to my home along with all of the hand made furniture and the wooden kitty. This is a nod to both my grandfather and grandmother, the rug hooker, who I really drew my inspiration from! I love to use vintage items as a springboard for some of my patterns.
