My shop is a secure Wix eCommerce shop for taking your orders.

 

I will never share your credit card information or store it for future purchases unless you direct me to do so.

Returns and exchanges*

 

• I gladly accept returns and exchanges if the item is returned in it’s original form.

 

• Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

 

• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

 

I don’t accept cancellations of custom orders. You will be responsible for 50% of the approved custom work.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

Shipping

I do my best at keeping shipping costs at the lowest price without compromising service.

 

International shipping can be calculated by size, location and weight. Please let me know if you would like me to help you.

 

Realize that international shipping may experience custom delays and fees and the buyer will be responsible for any customs fees for their country.

 

Please make sure that you provide the correct mailing address so that your package arrives safely to you.

 

If you want your item sooner, there will be additional fees charged for that service- you can message me about changes if you need to.

Additional policies and FAQs

I am happy to do custom orders. I especially welcome the possibility of making a reproduction of a children’s piece of artwork. I would require 50 percent down on custom pieces and will ship after the final payment is received.
